Who We’re Looking For

We seek dedicated teaching professionals at the Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor level with:

• Academic Qualifications: B.Tech and M.Tech (Food Engineering). Ph.D. in Food Engineering is highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven expertise in dairy technology, food processing, or related research areas. Teaching experience and industry exposure are significant advantages.

• Teaching Philosophy: Belief in active learning—through experiments, case studies, and collaborative projects that elevate the classroom beyond lectures.

Your Role

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in dairy technology and food engineering.

• Incorporate hands‑on experiments, case‑based learning, and teamwork to reinforce theoretical concepts.

• Mentor B.Tech and M.Tech students—guiding projects, research, and academic growth.
