About Institute

Government Polytechnic, Mandi Adampur (Hisar) was established under the name of Government Institute of Management & Pharmacy in the year 1985 (20/09/1985) with the aim to enhance employ ability of the youth by equipping them with latest technical skills for suitable employment through technical education.

At present the Institute is running 6 Diploma courses with approximately 600 students on roll under the guidance of well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty. The institution is spread over an area of 18 acres consisting of administrative and teaching blocks, mulch-purpose hall, Boys Hostel, a Girls Hostel, Canteen, Play Ground and 22 staff residences. The Institute is equipped with latest & modern Labs & machinery. The institute is having all the necessary facilities, amenities &  state of the art infrastructure. The Institute library has a total collection of about 20000 books and it subscribes 20 magazines and 12 News Papers,1000 Reference books and 8 Journals to keep the students and teachers up to  date in every field of knowledge.

The Government of Haryana revised the fees for diploma courses as given below:

• Tution fees : Rs. 1500/- per semester (Rs. 3000/- per Annum)(Exempted for TFW and Girls students)
• Development Charges : Rs. 750/- per semester ( Rs. 1500/- per Annum)
• Student Fund : Rs. 600/- per semester ( Rs. 1200/- per Annum)
• Caution Money refundable (Deposited at the time of admission) : Rs. 1500/- only.

• Total fees : Rs. 4350/- for new admission in 1st semester  D-Engg. &  D-Pharmacy and 3rd semester for D-Engg(Lateral Entry)(For Boys) + 500/ Counseling Fee(Non Refundable)
• for Girls :Rs 2850/-(No Tution fee)
• *For all Boys students one semester fees : 2850/- only.
• *For all Girls students one semester fees : 1350/- only.

A candidate applying for TFW category(Haryana Resident only) must submit the following certificates at the time of verification at the selected Designated Center:

i. Attested copy of Income Certificate of the parents from all sources from the organization where parents are working or Affidavit of Income on stamp paper from Notary (Annual income of Parents/ Guardians should be less than Rs. 6.00 lakh from all sources)

ii. Haryana Resident Certificate (in case candidate has not passed from Haryana State)

D-Vocational in Food Processing & D-Vocational in Banking, Finance Management and Insurance will be Starts from 2020(3 Year course) as per NSQF Pattern
